Adult Ministries

 

Sunday School: A wide variety of classes, which will inspire a closer walk with the Lord through Spirit filled teaching, available for all ages.  These Life Development Classes begin at 9:30 am each Sunday. 

Men’s Ministries: Meet monthly for fellowship, ministry and special workdays.  In addition to their monthly meeting, the men have a weekly Prayer and Bible study every Monday evening beginning at 6:00 pm in the fellowship hall. 

Women’s Ministries: There are three different women’s groups available, each providing special outreach ministries.
Dorcas Ladies:  2nd and 3rd Thursday of each month at 10 am in FLC, with emphasis on quilting and missions projects.
WM’s: This group meets in the evenings for special events such as Christmas teas, mother-daughter banquets, etc.  All women are invited to attend these events.
Bible Study:  This group meets on Wednesday mornings at 10 am and Thursday evenings at 7 pm in the FH at various times throughout the year for different studies.
Oasis of Love: 3rd Thursday of each month at 1 pm in the FH.  This group’s emphasis is on praise and worship, special speakers, missions and outreach opportunities. 

West of 50’s:  2nd Saturday each month from 6 to 9 pm in the FH.  Each meeting of this   senior’s group consists of potluck dinners, inspirational singing and games.  Road trips and special events are planned throughout the year. 

Renew Young Adults Ministry: (20’s to 40’s) Alternative Wednesday Night studies challenge young adults to live a life filled with the Spirit.  Monthly fun nights promote fellowship and the building of relationships.
